Red Orchestra 2 Single Player is Not Available if you own Rising Storm Due to the crazy backend setup of RO2 and RS in Steam, if you purchase Rising Storm first, there is now way to activate Red Orchestra 2 Single Player on your account. Red Orchestra 2 FREE on steam (FOREVER, if you get it within the 24hour time period). I just hit 'purchase' and it added Red Orchestra 2 Single Player. Get all Steam games you want and play them. CS.RIN.RU - Steam Underground Community Cool members. Can someone tell me where/how can I get Red Orchestra 2.

This section lists common downloads and helpful threads you may need to get your Steam cracks working.
2. Steam Client Cracks
These are various cracked Steam clients. [[Please login to see this link.]] is Valve's content delivery platform, as they call it. It's used to update and play games that are released over it. With these cracked clients you can play and update the games with only a blank account (not all games!).
3. Launchers
Launchers are little apps which can be used to start Steam games. Most of them use emus for that, for more information about Steam emulators, scroll down to the 'Cracks and Emulators'-section. There are launchers for GCF files and for extracted games and most of them have additional features aswell. Not to forget you don't need an account for any of these tools.
4. Cracks and Emulators
Here you can find miscellaneous cracks and ways to get the games to run, like Steam emulators which make the game executables think they are started through Steam.
5. Extracted Standalone Games
These are the games, without Steam and extracted from the GCF files. Several groups and forum members release the games as Standalone. When the games are updated via Steam, they offer patches to update their extracted versions. Dedicated servers are also cracked by these groups.

2. Steam Client Cracks
- What to do:
Step 1: Download and install[[Please login to see this link.]], start it, let it update and create a new account; close Steam.
Step 2: Download or request Mini-GCFs at the GCF threads (check 1.1 above!) and extract them into the SteamApps folder inside the Steam folder. Note that you may need newer Mini-GCFs after an update to make the games download!
Step 3: Get one of the following cracks and replace the original files with the cracked ones or, if it is a patcher tool, use it to patch your original files (first crack listed is recommended):

Description: This is the 'legendary' SteamEmu by hCUPa. Many of the existing standalone cracks are based on it. It is configured by ini-files and it is quite customizeable. Not recommended for newbies, but there are easier solutions to use this Emu, like launchers or the cracks posted beneath.

Description: REVOLUTiON's members are experienced in steam cracking and know this community well. Arucard formed the group out of members from here (Shmelle and DemoMan for example) to bring out some fine releases. REVOLUTiON does not compete with other groups, but their releases are at least as good as those from others - best choice for extracted games at the moment!

Description: CS: Decayed is Counter-Strike 1.6 with a lot of custom material. I had a crash problem once at the tutorial mission, all I did was run in Administrative after it crashed and that seemed to fix it. I'm not fully sure if it did or not, but try it anyway if you have that problem.
As it was said, this really is a good game and anyone who says otherwise is a CoD lover. This game is NOT like CoD, there is no single path that you follow that will lead you to the end, there is no friendly players that will never die, and if you get shot, there is a chance the first shot will kill you depending on where it hits. From what I've seen, the makers were trying to get as close as they could to make this game realistic. So, if you like Arma 2, you will probably enjoy this game. It's not very opened world as Arma is, but it's pretty close. And if you die the mission does not end, you just switch characters, however if your entire squad dies before reinforcements arrive then you lose. I lost on the first mission (not the boot camp one) at the start because all of my men ran into a machine gun nest and I got one shotted when I got out of cover to shoot, lol. That didn't happen again after I restarted the mission, so I think the NPC's have a mind of their own instead of like in CoD where they mostly follow the same path (give to take).
Don't play if you are new to First Person Shooters, go to CoD, it's more arcade than this.
Only annoying part I found is the part where your men will not stop crying that they are going to die, I know that's how it happened, but they could have dumbed it down to where they don't say it EVERY SINGLE SECOND, lol. And the part where they cry for their mother when they are shot and about to die did make me a little sad, so I like that feature.
This game does require strategy, so keep that in mind. And it is a little difficult to tell who is the enemy and who is the ally, again unlike in CoD there is no Red Mark to tell you who is who and friendly fire is a possibility. So far what I did was look at the head, the Germans (you) have helmets and the Russians (enemy) have those hats that look like Mohawks. At least that was the first mission, I just started the second and came to give a mini review.
I recommend this game to anyone who wants a challenge or something closer to a real life situation. So have fun with it :D.
